Instructions
1.Peel the strip away from the backing card with dry clean hands
2.Apply by looking in a mirror, apply the sticky side of the strip to your teeth. Gently press and adjust upper strip to attach the strip on to your teeth. Fold any excess strip behind teeth to keep in place. Repeat with lower strip
3.Reveal after 30 minutes, peel off the strips and dispose properly.
4.Clean off any remaining gel residue by brushing your teeth and gargling
